SHIPPING - (FAQs):
When do orders ship?
Orders received by Midnight each day will usually be shipped within 3 working days.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a Notification of Shipping via email once your order has shipped.
Am I restricted as to where I can have my order shipped to?
Shipping destinations are limited to physical addresses in the UK.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Royal Mail or equivalent, please note that a signature will normally be required to confirm receipt of the parcel in good order.
How fast will I get my order?
Once the Confirmation of Shipping is received you expect to receive the package within 2 working days. If the package is not received then please email us and we will follow up the delivery for you. If your order contains an item that is not in-stock, we will contact you directly via e-mail or by phone to provide an estimated in-stock date and/or make alternative recommendations.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are a fixed charge irrespective of the size of the order (with the exception of Scottish Highland and Islands where an additional charge is made). If due to the size of the order the delivery needs to be split than this will be done at our expense.
Why do you need my contact number and e-mail?
We must have accurate contact information in case of product backorders or delivery issues. If the order placed has insufficient information then we reserve the right to delay the shipping pending the receipt of additional delivery details. Your e-mail address will be used to send your Confirmation of Order and other delivery information for your shipment. We will assume the details given on the order are correct. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.

What is your policy on returns?
We aim to achieve your complete satisfaction with the products we sell from our stores and website. If you wish to return merchandise which is still in the original packaging and un-opened we require you to contact us within 9 days of the sending of the Notice of Shipping. If the goods are no longer required then please make it clear in your email and we will refund the invoiced value including our delivery charges (after appropriate investigation). If any products you have purchased are damaged or defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will make appropriate arrangements to resolve the situation in an agreed way. Notification must be received within 16 days of sending the Notice of Shipping. If the goods are no longer required and are not faulty (they are as described) then please email and we will let you know if a refund is possible. Please supply the date of purchase and the invoice number. No food based products can be returned after the 7 day period. Non-food products may be returnable if fully packaged in undamaged materials. Please email and we will let you know the position in respect of the return. Goods received back will be refunded once inspected and in good condition, Goods will be returned at the customers cost and Delivery costs will not be refunded. If a non food item develops a fault within 45 days of purchase then you have a right of replacement, excluded are where they are damaged by accident, misuse or negligence. If this occurs please email giving the date of purchase and the Invoice Number and we will review the most appropriate action.
Can an order submitted on the website be cancelled?
Website orders are processed immediately once received. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Head Office at +44 (0) 1483 301173 within 24 hours of confirmation to request cancellation and refund of amounts billed to your credit card. Please have the credit card information and the order confirmation number available.
PURCHASING A GIFT
Do you gift wrap?
Due to the protective packing we are currently unable to offer this service. Hampers will be boxed as described on the website, and for shipping will be packed in an additional protective box.
HOW TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT
How do I order?
All orders must be placed using the Web site, we do not have the facility to offer a telephone order facility.
How do I change my order?
You may change your order at any time before you click the final SUBMIT ORDER button. Once you have submitted your order it can't be changed.
What about backorders?
Our products are sometimes backordered. In this case you will be notified by email that the item is currently on backorder and when it is expected to be restocked. In this case we will email you and give you the option to cancel the entire order or to receive the shipment in 2 parts. In cancellation in whole or part is required then we will enquire your card details in order to process this.
How do I cancel my order?
During the checkout process you may make changes to your order but once it has been submitted, your order cannot be altered. We strive to make sure that when you place your order we begin processing it right away to provide you the best service and quickest delivery. If you wish to cancel an order please send an email as soon as possible to sales@oilvinegar.co.uk and we we will let you know the process. This cancellation must be done within 9 days of the Confirmation of Order being sent.
What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you don't receive confirmation of Despatch your order within 3 Working days, please call us at +44 (0) 1483 301173 to inquire.
VAT
How does your site calculate VAT?
We charge VAT for products where VAT is chargeable, including Delivery. All prices are quoted inc VAT.

How do I sign up to be included in your mailing list?
Send your name, phone number, and preferred email address to us by signing up for our Newsletter on the homepage
How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
Send us an email to sales@oilvinegar.co.uk and asked to be removed. Alternatively, when you receive an email from us, there is always an option to reply to it and request to be removed from our mailings.

Are the products I would find in a store the same as online?
All of the products you find on our website are also stocked in our retail stores. There are however, products that can be found in the store, which are not available on-line.
